Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrician Foreman Job Description Lead large commercial and industrial electrical projects valued over $100K. Oversee installation, safety, productivity, and crew development while acting as the on-site authority for planning, sequencing, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure safety and quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors. Mentor apprentices and leads in troubleshooting and technical issues. Drive project close-out: punch lists, labeling, testing, and documentation. Perform and oversee conduit installation, gear setting, panel wiring, service termination, EV infrastructure, and lighting upgrades. Execute work according to NEC, company standards, and project specifications. Read and interpret one-lines, electrical plans, and technical documents. Essential Skills 3–5 years electrical experience 3–5 years commercial experience 3 years leading crews Proficiency in Electrical, Conduit, Wiring, Solar, Blueprint, Installation Additional Skills & Qualifications Journeyman license preferred Indiana Electrical Master’s License preferred (not required) Medium Voltage Experience OSHA 10/30 First Aid/CPR MEWP / Scissor lift / Cherry picker certifications Job Tread familiarity Why Work Here? This role requires travel and offers a dynamic work environment in various locations. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $87360.00/yr. o Standard federal holidays off and paid o PTO: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year (with 1 week rollover allowed) o Tuition assistance for licensing; $1/hour pay increase for each completed year of schooling o 401k o HSA Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis,IN.
