Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $22/hr | Contract/Temporary | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Join BGSF and put your maintenance skills to work! We’re seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who can float between multiple properties in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities Complete maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Ensure units are ready for move-in and maintain property standards Respond to work orders and emergency requests promptly Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications Own tools required Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass drug test and background screening Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of general repairs and troubleshooting Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, and sick leave (where applicable) Weekly Pay Career Growth Opportunities ZIPW BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
