Job Title: Senior Marketing Campaign Manager

The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for
developing, evaluating, and optimizing direct and interactive
marketing campaigns across all sales channels including, but not
limited to, email, text, Facebook, and Instagram. You will work in
heavy collaboration with the Senior Content Manager to create
strategies for the messaging being sent out to candle friends and
be responsible for analyzing and reporting on those

Scales marketing efforts through automations, segmentation of
target demographics, data analytics, and experimentation to
establish relationships between marketing initiatives and company
Schedules, posts, and sends out campaigns on all platforms
including, but not limited to, email, text, Facebook, and
Develops and defines the best marketing tactics to meet the
customer where they are and follow them effectively through the
Assists with outreach for returning candle friends and acquisition
initiatives to grow email and text subscribers.
Estimate or forecast metrics and goals of specific marketing
initiatives and determines how that performance can contribute to
the overall sales goals established by the Senior Customer
Engagement Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Executive
Interprets and communicates analytical findings to various
stakeholders (Executive team, other marketing team members, etc.)
in a way that is easy to digest and understand depending on the
target audience to drive business and marketing decisions.
Collaborates with the Senior Content Manager to establish monthly
Marketing priorities based on forecasts and big launch dates that
have been established by the Senior Customer Engagement Director
and Chief Marketing Officer.
Collaborates with the Senior Digital Media Manager to request
graphics, images, and video that supports the content of different
messaging to achieve defined sales goals.
Brainstorms with the entire Marketing team to develop new, fresh,
and creative ideas for content, sales channels, and other sales
Stays current on best practices and social trends in the industry
and reviews competitor websites and social media accounts to
compare their activities with those of Antique Candle Co.--
Attends and contributes to weekly 1x1 meetings with supervisor and
bi-monthly Senior Leadership meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship
Desire to connect and engage with a variety of audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability
to apply quantitative analysis techniques to real-world business
Ability to design and analyze incrementality experiments (AB test,
Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.
Knowledge of online marketing channels and funnels.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times (let's be
honest, we're talking Q3 and Q4) stressful environment.
Ability to exhibit the small business mindset, even as the business
Willingness to shift and support any Operations work center in a
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising,
Journalism, or related field of study OR equivalent experience.
3-5 years of industry experience, preferably in a small, start-up
Preferred experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and
Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.
Working in an environment with various fragrances and scents.
No travel required.
