Job Description:
Rightworks is hiring a CFO in Lafayette, LA for a well-known
leader in the manufacturing & oil & gas sector. This position will
serve as CFO for a new service line of this company, reporting
directly to this service line's CEO & the CFO of the parent
company.
This startup division has expected 3 year growth from ground up to
$10 million EBITDA. Company is private equity owned, and 5+ year
outlook could either stay directly with this company or possibly
look at longer term growth directly with the Fund's other
investment entities.
Compensation is very flexible between base, bonus, and some type of
deferred stock options. This is going to be heavy on manufacturing,
cost accounting, capital-intensive service lines.
*We may consider someone outside of the Lafayette region willing to
either relocate or work in-office 3 weeks out of the month (with
