JOB DESCRIPTION - HVAC Project Manager
Due to recent growth, a well-respected, growing contractor is looking to fill a - HVAC Project Manager position. Do you bring 3 years of MEP or construction project management experience?
Team Management
Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters
Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions
Project Work Forecasting
Work with Project Team Leads to thoroughly review project proposals and contracts
Mentoring staff in all phases of design process
3 years of HVAC Project Manager experience
- Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
- Project budgeting skills
- Able to promptly resolve team management problems
